About 5,300,700 online job postings appeared on leading Internet job boards in June, a decrease of 144,300 from May, the Conference Board reported Wednesday.
"The first half of 2015 shows moderate growth with a strong first quarter partially offset by a weak second quarter," said Gad Levanon, director of macroeconomics and labor markets at the Conference Board. "Overall employer demand for labor still continues at a very high level."
In the U.S. there were 1.63 ads per 100 people, down from 1.80 in May.
