About 4,072,600 online job postings appeared on leading Internet job boards in November, 89,100 fewer than the 4,161,700 posted in October, the Conference Board reported yesterday. In October, there were 2.65 online job ads per 100 persons in the U.S. labor force. Of the 4,072,600 unduplicated ads in November, 2,808,300 were new. On a year-over-year basis, online job ads increased 9.7%, while new ads rose 17.2%.
