REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR UNDERWRITER SERVICES

DUE VIA EMAIL: Tuesday, April 21, 2026, AT 3:00 PM (EDT)

The City of New York, the New York City Transitional Finance Authority, and the New York City Municipal Water Finance Authority are requesting proposals from firms to serve as a Book-Running Senior Manager and/or Co-Managing Underwriter.

Questions regarding this RFP should be directed via email only to the contact persons, jointly listed in the RFP no later than 5:00PM (EDT) on March 23, 2026.
