NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the applicable provisions of the governing documents for the above-captioned bonds, the City and County of Denver, Colorado (the "City") for and on behalf of its Department of Aviation, will redeem the "City and County of Denver, Colorado, for and on behalf of its Department of Aviation, Airport System Revenue Bonds, Series 2010A" maturing on and after November 15, 2021, in the aggregate principal amounts listed below (the "Refunded Bonds") plus accrued interest to November 15, 2020 (the "Redemption Date"). The Refunded Bonds were originally issued on March 9, 2010.
