The Delaware River Joint Toll Bridge Commission (the "Commission") is soliciting responses to its Request for Proposals (RFP) dated August 14th, 2026 from qualified professional investment advisory firms interested in providing non-custodial, non-discretionary consulting and management services to the Commission with respect to the Commission's funds and accounts that are governed by its Trust Indenture, for a contract term of up to three (3) years, with up to two (2) annual renewal options at the Commission's discretion.
