Reference is hereby made to the General Bond Resolution, adopted by the City of Burlington on October 7, 1981, as amended and supplemented (the “General Resolution”) providing for the issuance of the above-referenced bonds (the “Bonds”). Please be advised that U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION has resigned as of the date hereof with the final transfer of all assets and accounts as of January 6, 2021 (the “Transfer Date”), as trustee (the “Trustee”) and paying agent under the General Resolution referenced above.
