Solicitation for Offer
The Louisiana State Bond Commission (the "State") gives public notice of a Solicitation for Offer ("SFO") from interested municipal advisory firms or qualified firms to enter into a contract for the following services:
Municipal Advisory Services for Louisiana State Bond Commission
The SFO is available for download from the Treasury website at https://www.treasury.la.gov under the State Bond Commission tab. All written inquiries regarding the SFO must be submitted to Lela M. Folse and Cassie Berthelot via email, lfolse@treasury.la.gov and cberthelot@treasury.la.gov, by 2:00 P.M. CT June 10, 2025. Answers will be posted on the State Bond Commission website by June 20, 2025. Offers must be submitted to Lela M. Folse and Cassie Berthelot via email, lfolse@treasury.la.gov and cberthelot@treasury.la.gov, by 2:00 P.M. CT July 18, 2025, and physically delivered to the State Bond Commission office by July 21, 2025, after which time and date offers may not be accepted. Offers will be evaluated and graded according to the criteria defined in the SFO, and all respondents will be notified of any contract awarded after such evaluations.
