Request for Proposals (RFP) for
Community Facilities District Administrative Services

The City of Los Angeles (“City”) is seeking proposals from qualified firms for administrative and technical services related to existing Community Facilities Districts (CFD), which were formed with voter approval and established under the California Mello-Roos Act of 1982. Services include, but are not limited to, classifying property for special tax purposes, special tax analysis and forecasting, delinquency management, ensuring continuing disclosure compliance, and public outreach. The contract award period as a result of this RFP is expected to be three years, with two one-year renewal options.
