NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the applicable provisions of the governing documents for the above-captioned Bonds, $14,200,000.00 principal amount of the Bonds will be redeemed on November 15, 2020 at the Redemption Price noted below together with interest accrued to November 15, 2020, on which date all interest on the called Bonds will cease to accrue and holders of the Bonds shall no longer be entitled to the benefits of the Supplemental Ordinance.
