NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the applicable provisions of the governing documents for the above-captioned bonds, the City and County of Denver, Colorado (the "City") for and on behalf of its Department of Aviation, will redeem all of the "City and County of Denver, Colorado, for and on behalf of its Department of Aviation, Airport System Revenue Bonds, Subseries 2008C1", in the aggregate principal amount listed below (the "Refunded Bonds") plus accrued interest to October 28, 2020 (the "Redemption Date"). The Refunded Bonds were originally issued on November 7, 2008.
