A small-business ‘dream job’ at BofA

Bank of America's small business head Sharon Miller led a titanic PPP effort amid the pandemic with most of her team transitioning to work from home, while still continuing to make progress on other goals, including digital transformation and expanding access to capital for women and minorities. Though she has had other roles at BofA, she considers this one her “dream job.” Meeting entrepreneurs and hearing their stories of overcoming COVID-19 challenges inspire her. "That, to me, is what is so powerful," Miller says.
