As the Manager of Treasury and Debt Management you will be primarily responsible for managing and supervising these activities for Metropolitan. Strong experience with structured debt deals, municipal debt management, bonds (municipal & revenue), and investment banking are highly desired.
Your areas of responsibility will include: developing and implementing asset liability management strategies and techniques; analyzing of financial products and instruments; managing the District’s investment banking team and financial advisors; managing the District’s debt and interest rate swap program; managing the investment portfolio in accordance with Metropolitan's Board adopted investment policy; managing the debt portfolio in accordance with financial policies; and managing the treasury functions.
