THE MUNICIPALITY OF ANCHORAGE
SEEKS BOND COUNSEL, DISCLOSURE COUNSEL AND
OTHER PUBLIC FINANCE RELATED COUNSEL SERVICES
The Municipality of Anchorage (MOA) is seeking responses from qualified firms to provide bond counsel, disclosure counsel and other public finance related counsel services to the MOA. The MOA is anticipating future issuance of General Obligation Bonds for both General Purpose and Schools to finance capital projects along with revenue bonds and short term borrowing programs for the Don Young Port of Alaska, Solid Waste Services and the Anchorage Water and Wastewater Utility.
