NEW YORK - The Treasury Department said Monday it will sell $40 billion of four-week discount bills Tuesday.
There are currently $55.995 billion of four-week bills outstanding.
The bills settle March 15 and are due April 12.
Federal Reserve banks hold $3.782 billion in maturing bills in their own accounts.
