Treasury to Sell $36B Of Four-Week Bills

The Treasury Department said yesterday it will sell $36 billion of four-week discount bills today.

There are currently $82.003 billion of four-week, or 28-day, bills outstanding.

The bills settle Feb. 12 and are due March 12.

Federal Reserve banks hold $5.938 billion in maturing bills in their own accounts.
