Monday, December 13
The Treasury will auction $29 billion of 91-day bills and $28 billion of 182-day discount bills. The 91-day bills are dated Dec. 16 and due March 17, 2011. The 182-day bills are dated Dec. 16 and due June 16, 2011. Currently, there are $29.005 billion of 91-day bills outstanding and no 182-day bills.

Tuesday, December 14
Retail sales figures for November are released by the Commerce Department.
Producer price index figures for November are released by the Labor Department.
Business inventory and sales figures for October are released by the Commerce Department.
The Federal Open Market Committee holds a one-day meeting.
The Treasury will auction $22 billion of one-year bills. The 52-week bills are dated Dec. 16 and due Dec. 15, 2011.

Wednesday, December 15
Consumer price index figures for November are released by the Labor Department.
Industrial production and capacity utilization figures for November are released by the Federal Reserve Board.

Thursday, December 16
Initial jobless claims figures for the week ending Dec. 11 are released by the Labor Department.
Housing start and building permit figures for November are released by the Commerce Department.
The U.S. trade deficit on a current account basis for the third quarter is released by the Commerce Department.

Friday, December 17
Leading indicator figures for November are released by the Conference Board.
