The Scottsdale City Council last week unanimously approved a transportation master plan, the blueprint for the city’s capital plans through 2030. An implementation plan, which will include how to finance the proposals, will be developed in the spring.

The plan calls for 174 new miles of roadway lanes, 67 intersection improvements, 200 turn-lane improvement projects, and 13 new bridges.
