Reeves County, Texas, Revs Raised to BBB-Plus by S&P

Standard & Poor's Ratings Services said it raised its long-term rating on Reeves County, Texas' revenue debt outstanding to BBB-plus from BBB.

The outlook is stable.

"We base the upgrade on our view of the detention center's competitive advantage, reflected in its high demand coupled with maintenance of strong annual debt service coverage," said Standard & Poor's credit analyst Kate Choban.
