TS Partners, a software provider to corporate trust and stock transfer departments, has hired Kenneth R. Nilson, former head of corporate trusts for Commerce Bank, now TD Bank.
Nilson will provide client support, sales, marketing, and office management to assist with TS Partners' shareholder recordkeeping software-support business. Formerly a senior vice president at TD Bank, he had managed the activities for the corporate trust department, which he established at Commerce in 1991.
Nilson has also worked for First Fidelity Bank, the First National Bank of Toms River, Bankers Trust Co., and the New Jersey Health Care Facilities Financing Authority. He has served as a member of the American Bankers Association's corporate trust committee and chairman of the New Jersey Bankers Association's corporate trust committee.
He has bachelor's degrees in business administration and accounting from Rutgers University.
