Moody's Investors Service has downgraded to Aa3 from Aa2 the underlying rating on Woodstock Union High School District 4's (VT) $324,000 in general obligation debt; the rating is no longer on review. The bonds are secured by the district's general obligation, unlimited tax pledge.
Friday price talk for the unrated tax-exempt paper was between 11% and 15%.
The board approved that step at its second quarter board meeting held this week.
