Moody's Investors Service has downgraded to A2 from A1 the Upper Adams School District's (PA) long term general obligation rating on approximately $19.8 million in rated outstanding debt secured by the district's unlimited tax pledge. Concurrently, Moody's has removed the negative outlook.
