Kimberly Boulmetis, Robert Fischer, and Sanjeev Khurana are based in Oppenheimer's New York City offices and are responsible for origination and structuring of new debt instruments, according to a press release. They will also help service the investment banking clients by utilizing the capabilities of the capital markets division.

Ms. Boulmetis brings more than two decades of investment management experience with high net worth individuals, families, foundations, endowments, and small- to medium-sized businesses after stints at Incapital and Bernstein Global Wealth Management.

She previously was head of the debt capital management financial institutions origination group at Clayton Securities and The Bank of New York.

Fischer has experience in structuring and origination of leveraged finance products, and also comes to Oppenheimer from Incapital where he served as head of origination. He previously served as a senior member of the debt capital management and global liability management groups at Bear Stearns & Co.

Khurana brings over 20 years of experience in private capital raising, institutional sales, origination, structuring, and investments to his new role, as well as established relationships with lenders and issuers.

The trio will report to John Tonelli, head of debt capital markets and syndication. They will work in marketing and distribution of debt instruments to the firm's institutional fixed income clients under the direction of Peter Albano, global head of taxable fixed income.

Oppenheimer offers wealth management, securities brokerage, and investment banking services to high net worth individuals, families, corporate executives, local governments, businesses, and institutions.
