Columbus Regional Airport Raised to A1 by Moody’s

NEW YORK - Moody's Investors Service said it upgraded the underlying rating to A1 from A2 on the Columbus Regional Airport Authority, Ohio's (CRAA) $86.7 million senior lien revenue bonds. The outlook is stable.

The upgrade is based on the authority's long history of stable operational and financial performance, its resistance to economic downturns, strong liquidity, and experienced management. The A1 rating also reflects the authority's economically vibrant service area, as well as the competition it faces from the nearby airports.
