Blank Rome LLP has brought in two new partners in its real estate development group, the law firm announced last week.
With more than 40 years of combined experience in the real estate and financial services industries, Carol M. Joseph and Deborah A. Franzblau have joined the firm's New York office.
Joseph has experience working with financial institutions and mortgage bankers on a number of real estate issues. She has a bachelor's degree from New York University and a law degree from Fordham University School of Law.
Franzblau also has real estate experience, including working on publicly and privately financed affordable housing projects. She has a bachelor's degree from Brandeis University and a law degree from the Temple University School of Law.
