Jason Goh
Jason Goh is the Director of Investor Relations for the Mayor's Office of Management and Budget. In this role, he develops and executes the City of New York's $100+ billion investor relations program for General Obligation, Transitional Finance Authority, New York Municipal Finance Water Authority and Hudson Yards Infrastructure Corporation bonds.

Prior to joining the City, Jason was an M&A specialist for a $10+ billion TMT (technology, media and telecom) focused investment firm, where he led cross-border transaction teams in the U.S, Europe, Asia and Australia. Jason was also a Vice President at Morgan Stanley's Public Finance division, where he structured over $12 billion in lead-managed transactions. He holds an MBA from the Wharton School and an undergraduate Finance degree from Southampton University in the United Kingdom.
