We accept American Express, Discover, Visa, and MasterCard. Registration fees include all meals, refreshment breaks, and receptions, dependent upon the event. In order to receive early bird discounts, special rates or promotions, full payment must be made prior to the offer expiration date. Any registration not paid in full at the time of the offer’s expiration date will be subject to the current rate at date of full payment. Full payment must be received 14 days prior to the event. Registrants will not be allowed access to the event in the absence of full payment. Invalid credit cards will not be processed, and registrations with be declined.
Substitutions and Cancellations
Substitutions can be made at any time. Cancellations are accepted and registration fees refunded (less 50% cancellation fee) if notice is received in writing no later than 30 days prior to the date of the event. Requested and approved refunds will be provided 30 days post-event. For cancellations received within 30 days of the event date, 100% of the registration fee will be forfeited.
All discount offers are for new registrations only and cannot be applied to any registrations submitted prior to receiving the offer. No refunds on current registrations will be issued, except as noted in the cancellation policy.
Arizent reserves the right to cancel an event at any time. Arizent reserves the right to replace or cancel speakers or make any other changes to the agenda without notice.
