Christopher Fink
Managing Director, Bank of America Merrill Lynch

Mr. Fink joined BofAML in 2003 after managing the Public Power Group at another major investment bank. During his 32 years in municipal finance, Mr. Fink has represented many of the largest and most innovative municipalities and municipal utilities including CPS San Antonio, Florida Municipal Power Agency, the Utility Board of Key West, the Lansing Board of Water and Light, Lower Colorado River Authority, Santee Cooper, Oklahoma Municipal Power Authority, Lincoln Electric System, Owensboro Municipal Utilities, the Southern Minnesota Municipal Power Agency, Colorado Springs Utilities, Omaha Public Power District, Nebraska Public Power District, American Municipal Power, New York Power Authority, Illinois Municipal Electric Agency, SRP, and MEAG, among others. Mr. Fink has also served as financial advisor to LIPA and Gainesville Regional Utilities. Prior to his investment banking career, he was a practicing tax attorney for eight years at both Mudge Rose Guthrie Alexander & Ferdon and Milbank Tweed Hadley & McCloy. As such, he is intimately familiar with the legal and tax issues of municipal finance. Mr. Fink remains active and up-to-date on developments in the law of municipal taxation and is a member and frequent panelist for the National Association of Bond Lawyers and the American Bar Association. He also chaired NABL’s first workshop on public power.
