Exhibitor Information

The exhibit hall area for the conference will be located on the first level of the hotel in the Grant Room. The hall will consist of Table Top Displays only. All exhibitors will be provided at no additional cost:

• One 6'x30" draped display table
• Two banquet chairs

Below are our dedicated hall hours. The exhibit hall will remain open while attendees are in session, resulting in light traffic. Although it is not required to have a staff member at your booth during the non-dedicated hours, please use your discretion. The exhibit hall hours are subject to revision at any time.

Exhibitor Staff Registration

To register your staff for the conference, complete the online Staff Registration Form using the link below. Please refer to your sponsorship agreement for the number of complimentary staff passes allotted to your company. Each staff member that exceeds the complimentary allotment will be charged the $695 Exhibitor/Sponsor Additional Pass Rate. Register your team by Friday, October 4, 2019.
