Molly Thiel

Molly began her banking career in 1996 and joined Guaranty Bank in 2002. During her 14-year tenure here, she has held a series of senior level positions in both the mortgage lending and retail banking divisions. She was named Executive Vice President – Retail Banking in 2013, due to her deep understanding of the Bank’s customer base and her passion for fulfilling our customers’ needs through the development and maximization of unique products and services that truly guide them to greater financial wellness.Molly holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee and a certification in organizational development from DePaul University.
