Marc Trudeau is a Financial Services Industry Strategist at Acxiom Corporation. In this role, Marc plays a lead business development sales role, helping firms to develop and execute data-driven marketing and customer experience strategies.Prior to joining Acxiom, Marc was a Sr. Director of Sales and Account Management at comScore Inc., assisting banks, credit card issuers and investment services companies with optimizing the performance of their online and mobile channels. Previously, Marc was practice manager of the Council on Financial Competition, the retail financial services practice at the Corporate Executive Board. In addition to P&L responsibility, including sales, marketing and client strategy, he authored numerous strategic research studies on key industry challenges, including: branch strategy; sales force effectiveness; customer segmentation; and customer experience. Additionally, Marc worked as a credit card risk and marketing manager at Capital One and as a strategy consultant in the telecommunications industry.Marc holds undergraduate degrees in Economics and Political Science from the University of Ottawa in Canada. He received a Masters Degree in Economics from the University of Western Ontario (also in Canada) and an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario.
