Lisa Rossi, CFP

Executive Vice President

For nearly two decades, Lisa M. Rossi has empowered her clients by helping them to make smart\nchoices about money so they may achieve their goals and keep fulfilling their dreams. An avid\nsports enthusiast all her life, Lisa is a competitor, not only for herself but for her clients. Lisa's\nclient base primarily includes retirees, small business owners, and corporate executives to whom\nshe brings a broad comprehensive perspective on wealth management guidance.\nBased on lifelong experience, Lisa is keenly aware of the need among small business owners\nfor advice beyond the scope of investment planning. Lisa's family owns a closely held family\nbusiness as does her husband, her brother-in-law and other family members. She has positioned\nherself as an expert in helping small businesses address strategic issues that are critical for their\nlong-term success and is frequently quoted in industry publications and business journals. Asking the right questions is the first step to\nmaximizing their profits on the sale or transfer of a business. Often asked by her clients "What is my business worth?", she suggests the\nquestion be re-phrased to "What can I get for my business?"\nIn addition to her entrepreneurial experience, Lisa was also a top executive at a large corporation for over a decade. As such, she recognizes\nthe importance of understanding and maximizing company benefits and compensation plans. Employees are more responsible today than\never for financing their own retirement and Lisa advocates for her clients to integrate these company plans with their own personal\nstrategies for financial security and to create sustainable lifetime income.\nOver the last 18 years, Lisa has worked with clients from large corporations such as IBM, GE, Pfizer, KPMG, MasterCard and Starwood\nHotels to name a few. She finds that, regardless the company a client works for, they all have the same fears and need to be more prepared\nfinancially and emotionally for the "Retirement Red Zone," the five years before and the five years after ending a lifelong career. By\naddressing these fears, setting realistic expectations and helping manage retirement spending, Lisa has watched many of her clients enjoy\ntheir "golden years" with dignity and confidence.\nLisa's passion for her profession and champion spirit has ranked her in the top 5% of financial advisors and in the top 1 % of women advisors\nboth at JP Morgan Chase nationally and at her current broker dealer, NPC of America. Additionally, she has earned numerous industry\n120 White Plains Road, Suite 112\nTarrytown, NY 10591\nPhone: 914.468.8914\nFax: 914.468.8901\nEmail: lrossi@lexcowealth.com\nNY MAIN OFFICE\n2 Sound View Drive, 1st Floor\nGreenwich, CT 06830\nPhone: 203.622.4910\nFax: 203.622.0321\nGREENWICH, CT\nawards and was most recently honored as a 2009 FIVE STAR: Best in Client Satisfaction Wealth Manager by her clients and\nsubscribers of Westchester Magazine in Westchester County, New York.*\nIn 2005, armed with her CFP designation, Lisa became an independent financial advisor to play a bigger hands-on role in her clients' lives.\nWith her entrepreneurial spirit and newfound objectivity (something that may not be available anymore at large institutions), Lisa focuses on\npersonal service and old fashioned relationship planning instead of product driven marketing.\nLisa holds a BA in Finance as well as NASD licenses series 7, 65, 24 (Securities Principal) and 63 and NYS Life\/Health\/Variable Annuity\ninsurance licenses. She also spends a significant amount of time attending educational conferences and executive education programs at the\nUniversity of Pennsylvania's world-renowned Wharton School of Business in an effort to continue her strive for excellence in her field.\nLisa lives in northern Westchester with her husband and two children. She enjoys golf, running, reading and spending time with family\nand friends. However, along with her competitive nature, there is a charitable side. She serves in her local community as the Fundraising\nChair for a woman's club dedicated to community service and is also on the executive board of the Pajama Program, a not-for-profit\nchildren's organization that provides new, warm pajamas and books to children in need in the U.S. and around the world.\n*Award is based on a client survey conducted by an independent third party. The opinions of clients who responded to the survey may not be\nrepresentative of the experience of other clients. The FIVE STAR award is not based on investment performance nor is it an indication of future\nperformance. Clients were not paid to participate in this survey.
