Jonathan Farber

Jonathan Farber, a key member of the Citi Agency & Trust Sales team, is responsible for ensuring complete client satisfaction and service delivery to our Investment Bank, Power, Renewable Energy and Marketplace Lending clients. Over 5 years at Citi, Jon has worked on various transactions requiring Trust services to support complex securitizations of all asset classes (ABS, MBS, and CLOs), large scale project financings for wind, solar, and hydro transactions, as well as transactions for public and private entities in the Power and Healthcare sectors. With a focus on esoteric products, Jon has led the charge in covering the blossoming Renewable Energy and Marketplace Lending sectors.Jon is an active participant in several industry committees and initiatives to help promote the use of Capital Markets structures such as securitization and warehouse facilities for esoteric asset classes, as evidence by his involvement on the NREL SAPC committee, and the newly formed SFIG Marketplace Lending committee.Prior to Citi, Jon worked at The Bank of New York Mellon for approximately 10 years in Corporate Trust; in both Business Development and Administration. He brings a unique approach to each opportunity as he understands the complexities of transactions having worked on them from both sides.Jon holds a BS in Finance and International Studies from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business.
