David Baranick

Dave Baranick is a partner in the Real Estate Business Advisory Services of PricewaterhouseCoopers with 28 years of experience. He has provided consulting and accounting services to a wide range of Real Estate related entities including owners, investors, developers, investment advisors, financial institutions, REITs, investment banks and public sector entities during his career with PwC. He leads PwC’s advisory efforts in the areas of commercial real estate debt and commercial real estate debt related securities such as CMBS and other structured instruments. He has played a leading role in many innovative transactions and structures involving hundreds of billions of dollars in assets. Dave is a certified public accountant and member of the CRE Finance Counsel (formerly known as CMSA), Urban Land Institute (ULI) and Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA). He has an MBA from the University of Southern California and a BA from UCLA. He was a contributing author to the “Handbook of Commercial Mortgage-Backed Securities,” published by Frank J. Fabozzi Associates.Mr. Baranick is a Partner in PwC's Real Estate Advisory Group.
