Alyssa has eighteen years of financial services industry experience, fourteen of which have been providing financial and wealth management advice and services to institutions and high net worth individuals. Alyssa has been recognized as one of the Top100 Women Financial Advisers in Barron’s in 2009, 2008 and 2007, a top advisor in New York in Barron’s “America’s Top Advisors: State-by-State” in 2008, as well as, one of the Nation’s Top 100 Financial Advisors by Worth Magazine in 2007 and 2008.In 2001, Alyssa joined Merrill Lynch after spending seven years with Citibank and two years with New York Strategy Group, where she managed funds for highly affluent families. Prior to NYSG, Alyssa was the Northeast Region Head of the Citibank U.S. Private Bank Capital Markets Division. Prior to Citibank, Alyssa held positions at Bankers Trust and spent six years at KPMG Peat Marwick where her clients included financial services companies, real estate and large non-profit organizations.Alyssa is Founder and Chair of the Women’s Exchange, a national networking and mentor program for the women at Merrill Lynch with over 600 members. In 2005, Alyssa received Merrill Lynch’s Leadership in Diversity Award. Alyssa has appeared on CNBC and has been featured in multiple publications including Institutional Investor, Corporate Board Member, Working Mother and Town & Country on various topics surrounding personal wealth management.Alyssa received her BS in Accounting from Marist College. Her professional designations include, Certified Financial PlannerTM certification awarded by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, Inc. and has attained her Certified Public Accountant license. She is a registered insurance agent by the States of New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and Florida. Alyssa serves on the Board of Directors of the Girl Scout Council of Greater New York. She lives in New York City with her husband and their three children.\n
