Adrienne Haden is an Assistant Director in the Division of Banking Supervision and Regulation at the Federal Reserve Board, with responsibility for Operational and Information Technology Policy.� Ms. Haden coordinates the development and implementation of financial institution supervisory policy related to operational, information technology, information security, business resiliency, payment systems, outsourcing, internal controls, and asset management risks.� Ms. Haden represents the Federal Reserve Board on the Financial and Banking Information Infrastructure Committee (FBIIC), chaired by the U.S. Treasury and manages staff assigned to the Operational Risk Subgroup of the Basel Committee�s Standards Implementation Group.� Before joining the Board�s Division of Banking Supervision and Regulation, Ms. Haden managed the information technology function in the Board�s Division of Reserve Bank Operations and Payment Systems.� In this capacity, she was responsible for staff overseeing the Federal Reserve System�s information technology infrastructure and operations.� Prior to joining the Board in 1990, Ms. Haden served in various professional capacities during her seven-year tenure with Electronic Data Systems Corporation (EDS), including System Engineer and Technical Manager, both in the United States and in northern Europe.� Ms. Haden began her career as a consultant to the U.S. Navy, developing software applications to support econometric modeling.� Ms. Haden holds a Master of Administrative Science degree with a concentration in Information Technology Management from the JohnsHopkinsUniversity and a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Economics from the University of Virginia.� � � � � � � �� ��
