NYC, 2 Authorities Choose New Bond Selling Groups

New York City on Tuesday announced new selling groups for its general obligation bonds and securities issued by the Transitional Finance Authority and Municipal Water Finance Authority.

NYC GOs, NYC TFA Bonds

The Mayor's Office of Management and Budget and the City Comptroller's Office selected the following firms to participate as selling group members for the city's GOs and the TFA's future tax secured bonds and building aid revenue bonds. The selling group members chosen are: Alamo Capital; Cabrera Capital Markets; Douglas & Co. Municipals; Duncan Williams; Estrada Hinojosa; Gates Capital; George K. Baum; Great Pacific Securities; Herbert J. Sims; Hutchinson, Shockey, Erley; KeyBanc Capital Markets; Lebenthal; M&T Securities; Mesirow Financial; Mischler Financial Group;, NW Capital Markets; Piper Jaffray; Prager; Robert W. The selling group members picked to sell the MWFA's bonds are: Alamo Capital; BNY Mellon Capital Markets; Bonwick Capital Partners; Douglas & Co. Municipals; Duncan Williams; Estrada Hinojosa; FTN Financial Capital Markets; Gates Capital; George K. Baum; Great Pacific Securities; Herbert J. Sims; Hilltop Securities; Hutchinson, Shockey, Erley; Janney Montgomery Scott; KeyBanc Capital Markets; Lebenthal; M&T Securities; NW Capital Markets; Oppenheimer; Piper Jaffray; Prager; Robert W. Baird; Rockfleet Financial Services; Ross, Sinclaire & Associates; SumRidge Partners; William Blair; World First Financial Services; and Ziegler.

On May 5, the city chose new bond underwriting groups for its GO sales and that of the TFA and MWFA.
