The Bonistas del Patio, or "Backyard Bondholders," is holding a forum on Monday, June 27, which will focus on the Commonwealth's current bond situation, investments, and vision for the future.

HJ Sims is participating in the event which features a special panel with appearances by the Puerto Rico gubernatorial candidates, Puerto Rico Credit Unions as well as U.S. Senators and Treasury Department officials.

The Bonistas del Patio are a group of local, mom and pop bondholders which represent the 60,000 individuals who hold about $15 billion of the Commonwealth's debt.

"As income advisors with a solid 80 years' of experience, we are prepared to help investors assess their portfolios and to offer guidance to the bondholders of Puerto Rico."
