Treasury Indexed 30-Years Go at 0.923% High Yield

The Treasury Department Thursday sold $7 billion of inflation-indexed 30-year bonds at a 0.923% yield, an adjusted price of 98.760665, with a 7/8% coupon.

The bid-to-cover ratio was 2.25.

All competitive tenders at yields lower than the high yield were accepted in full. Tenders at the market-clearing yield were allotted 63.21%.

The bonds have an issue date of Feb. 28, a dated date of Feb. 15 and are due Feb. 15, 2047.

Among competitive tenders, the median yield was 0.818% and the low yield was 0.750%, Treasury said.

Tenders totaled $15,765,590,400 of which the Treasury accepted $7,000,010,400. Noncompetitive tenders totaled $20,235,400. The Federal Reserve Banks bought $970,809,300 for their own accounts.
