Treasury 7-Year Notes Go at 1.792% High Yield

The Treasury Department auctioned $29 billion of seven-year notes, with a 1 3/4% coupon and a 1.792% high yield, a price of 99.724848.

 The bid-to-cover ratio was 2.32.

 Tenders at the high yield were allotted 35.96%. All competitive tenders at lower yields were accepted in full.

 The median yield was 1.735%. The low yield was 1.650%.

 The notes are dated Mar. 31 and are due Mar. 31, 2022.
