Standard & Poor's Ratings Services said it placed its AA-minus long-term rating and underlying rating (SPUR) on Oak Grove Elementary School District (Santa Clara County), Calif.'s general obligation bonds on CreditWatch with negative implications.
This action follows repeated attempts by Standard & Poor's to obtain timely information of satisfactory quality to maintain its ratings on the securities in accordance with its applicable criteria and policies.
Failure to receive the requested information by Nov. 13 will likely result in suspension of the affected ratings, preceded, in accordance with its policies, by any change to the ratings that it considers appropriate given available information.
