Moody's Investors Service has downgraded New Jersey County College Enhancement Bond Program (Chapter 12) financing level ratings of five counties to A3 from A2.
The outlook remains negative.
This action affects $77.8 million original issuance par amount of financing-level enhanced ratings supported by the program.
Inflows returned to muni mutual funds as investors added $200.3 million for the week ending Wednesday after $1.474 billion of outflows, according to LSEG Lipper.
Democratic Gov. Laura Kelly nixed another tax cut bill passed by the Republican-led legislature this year, while pushing a less-costly plan.
