Keyes Union School District, Calif., Upgraded to A by S&P

Standard & Poor's Ratings Services said it raised its rating on Keyes Union School District, Calif.'s general obligation bonds to A from A-minus.

The outlook is stable.

"The higher rating is based on very strong available reserves," said Standard & Poor's credit analyst Lisa Schroeer.

"The rating also reflects our view of the district's ability to maintain good performance during difficult funding years and its low debt levels," she added.
