About 5,170,100 online job postings appeared on leading internet job boards in April, an increase of 39,600 from March, the Conference Board reported Wednesday.
"With employer demand showing little change since April 2015, the unemployment levels have now also flattened over the past six months," said Gad Levanon, chief economist, North America at the Conference Board. “With employer demand showing little change since April 2015, the unemployment levels have now also flattened over the past six months.”
In the U.S. there were 1.51 ads per 100 people, up from 1.47 in March.
