Durand, Wis., Upgraded to AA-Minus by S&P

Standard & Poor's Ratings Services said it raised its long-term rating to AA-minus from A-plus on Durand, Wis.' series 2012A general obligation corporate purpose bonds outstanding.

The outlook is stable.

"The raised rating reflects our view of the city's continued maintenance of very strong budgetary flexibility and liquidity," said Standard & Poor's credit analyst Kathryn Clayton.
