MassHousing Appoints Five

The Massachusetts Housing Finance Agency appointed five persons to senior management positions, executive director Thomas Gleason announced.

Timothy Sullivan of Brookline was named deputy director for finance and rental programs. Monte Stanford of Saugus will serve as director of rental lending. Peter Milewski of Duxbury will be the director of homeownership lending. Additionally, Kevin Mello of Norton will be director of homeownership servicing and operations, while Karen Kelleher of Arlington was named general counsel.

MassHousing, a quasi-public agency, has provided nearly $14 billion for housing since its inception in 1966. It raises capital by selling bonds and lends the proceeds to low- and moderate-income homebuyers and homeowners, and to developers who build or preserve affordable and-or mixed-income rental housing.
