The coupon equivalent was 0.056%. The bid-to-cover ratio was 4.50.
Tenders at the high rate were allotted 70.54%. The median rate was 0.050%. The low rate was 0.040%.
The bills have an issue date of Jan. 10 and are due Feb. 7.
Tenders totaled $179,947,575,700 and the Treasury accepted $40,000,755,700, including $280,615,700 non-competitive.
The Fed banks bought nothing for their own account in exchange for maturing securities.
