ACBC Re-Elects Officers

WASHINGTON — The American College of Bond Counsel re-elected its officers at a meeting in Chicago.

Philip Genetos, with Ice Miller LLP in Indianapolis, Inc., was re-elected president and Cynthia Weed, from K&L Gates LLP in Seattle, was re-elected vice president.

Virginia Benjamin with Calfee, Halter & Griswold LLP in Cleveland will remain treasurer and John Van Duys, with Haynsworth Sinkler Boyd, PA, will stay on as secretary.

In addition, Benjamin, Genetos, Van Duys, and Lisa Soeder, of Soeder & Associates, were elected as directors again. William Holby, with King & Spalding in Atlanta, were elected to second terms as directors.

The group's directors unanimously elected nine lawyers to become new fellows of the college.
