N.Y. City Selects Underwriter Groups

New York City's Mayor's Office of Management and Budget, City Comptroller John Liu's office and two of the city's financing authorities have announced the selection of underwriting syndicates, following a request-for-proposals process.

Senior managers selected to underwrite general obligation bonds are Morgan Stanley, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, JPMorgan Securities LLC, Siebert Brandford Shank & Co. LLC, Jefferies & Co. and Citigroup Global Markets Inc.

Senior co-managers are Barclays Capital, Fidelity Capital Markets, Goldman Sachs & Co., Janney Montgomery Scott LLC, Lebenthal & Co. LLC, Loop Capital Markets LLC, M.R. Beal & Co., PNC Capital Markets LLC, Ramirez & Co., Raymond James | Morgan Keegan, RBC Capital Markets LLC, Rice Financial Products Co., Roosevelt & Cross Inc., Southwest Securities Inc., and Wells Fargo.

Co-managers are Blaylock Robert Van, LLC, Cabrera Capital Markets LLC, Drexel Hamilton LLC and TD Securities (USA) LLC.

Underwriters have been awarded separately for the New York City Transitional Finance Authority's future tax-secured bonds and building aid revenue bonds.

Senior managers for the future tax-secured bonds are Wells Fargo, Loop Capital, Goldman Sachs, JPMorgan, BofA Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley and Barclays Capital.
