Law firm Ballard Spahr LLP hired Holly Horsley as an associate in its New Jersey office.
With the addition of Horsley, the firm will have 46 lawyers in its public finance department in eight offices nationwide.
"While the firm is known for the excellence of its public finance work and has done significant work in New Jersey for decades, we have not had a lawyer from the Public Finance Department resident there before," said Bill Rhodes, a partner and chair of the public finance department. "Holly's experience in New Jersey will be invaluable as she serves clients in that critical market."
Prior to joining Ballard, Horsley was an associate at Gluck Walrath, LLP in New Jersey, where she focused on low-income housing redevelopment projects, as well as various corporate, real estate, and municipal transactions.
Horsley started work on Nov. 7.
