Moody's Withdraws Babylon, N.Y., Rating

Moody's Investors Service said it withdrew its rating on the village of Babylon, N.Y.

The rating was affirmed at A1 and placed on watchlist on March 20. After receiving some financial information, a Moody's review on June 12, deemed the financial information provided still insufficient.

The withdrawal of the rating reflects the lack of information regarding the district's future performance.

As a result, Moody's believes that it is unable to provide investors with an informed assessment of the current credit quality of this debt instrument.
